To add the MMS settings you would normally use Messages then click on Settings and then click on Text Messages then click on MMS then click on Advanced and add the settings there.

For the Android it is normally Settings then click on the More option and then click on Mobile Network and then click on Access point Names and then click on + ( to add) and complete and enter the settings there.

The iPad and the iPhones are even easier as they simply use Settings and then Cellular followed by Cellular Data Network and then APN which is followed by the APN settings as set out above.
