The Apple iPhone 4s was released in October 2011 and was one of the most popular phone from Apple. The phone had only 2G and 3G ability but for 2011 it was top of the line. There is no cardslot on this phone much like others and it internal memory options are 8/16/32/64 GB with 512 MB RAM as standard. If you are going to upgrade the iPhone to iOS 8.4 then you need to ensure that you have at least 16GB in the phone. The camera setup is still good as it is still used in 2015 being a 8 MegaPixel with a 3264 x 2448 pixel picture quality. The video playback is also good which can run at 1080p@30fps. Note that the second camera is not very good and very basic as it is a VGA at 480p@30fps.
