The PowerVR GE8320 GPU used in many mobile phones is made by imagination. You will find the GPU used in the Redmi 9C mobile phone. The GPU has support for OpenGL ES 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, Vulkan® 1.0, 1.1, OpenCL™ 1.1, 1.2. This as well as the Android NN HAL. The performance of the PowerVR GE8320 GPU is 4 pixels per clock.
