The Nokia 5132 XpressMusic was one of the better phone Nokia brought to the market and was very popular in Thailand at the time being 2010. The phone had the same following as the Nokia 520 mobile phone has today. The 5132 Xpress Music came out of great colour combinations which gave it almost a cult status with a ringtone which became very popular which was done by a Japanese band. The Nokia 2710 is a very basic mobile phone brought out by Nokia in May 2010. The phone used a single network being 2G connectivity and covered the GSM 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 frequency range. It also came with a TFT screen and 256K colour. The one nice thing about the mobile phone was that it came with a large screen being 240×320 pixels and like most in its class it came with MP3 ringtones and vibration ring only.

The Nokia 2690 was released in March 2010 and when I look at it I think Nokia got the idea for the design of the Nokia 808 PureView phone from this design a year or so before. This phone has only 2G network access being GSM 850, 900, 1800 and also 1900. The phone came out with a TFT screen with 65k colours on a 128 pixel x 160 pixel screen. It also only plays MP3 ringtones and with vibration alert. Its a basic US$50 phone which is still good in the secondhand market.
